You have the right to cancel this agreement within 14 days without specifying the reason.
Cancellations and refunds in circumstances outside those described above, and/or following the expiry of the 14 day cancellation period, are subject to the terms and conditions set out in this Cancellation and Refund policy. For the avoidance of doubt, the cancellation period will expire 14 days after the date of the Order Confirmation.
In order to exercise your right of cancellation, you must clearly inform us via e-mail: admin@europeanrouletteacademy.com of your decision to cancel this agreement.
To comply with the cancellation period, it is sufficient to send your cancellation notice before the end of the cancellation period.
If you cancel this agreement, we are to pay back within 14 days all payments which have been sent to us, starting with the day we have received notification of the cancellation of this agreement.
We will make the reimbursement using the same means of payment as you used for the initial transaction. In any event, you will not incur any fees as a result of this reimbursement.
You will cease to be a member of the European Roulette Academy, starting with the day that you have informed us of the cancellation of this contract.
